All orders to the Continental US are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays (see below). Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 10:00am CST will begin processing the next business day. We will do everything in our power to get your order out the next business day but rest assured that 99.999% of orders get fullfilled within 2 business days. Should there be a delay, such as billing questions, address formatting issues, etc, we will contact you directly.
Orders outside the Continental US are sent via USPS Priority. Shipping times on this vary but you can expect shipping times of 4-6 business days to Hawaii and Alaska, 6-10 business days for Canada and 7-12 days elsewhere. Please note that international customs operations, which are completely out of our control, can greatly affect shipping times. Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days.

Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. Snaphats cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Snaphats is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Snaphats cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees – this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
